Hydro-Ultra Mat B ®
Hydro-Ultra Mat B is a non-woven and woven polypropylene mat filled with sodium bentonite granules, encapsulated within an needle punched polypropylene geotextile. Hydro-Ultra Mat B can also be manufactured with an HDPE facer on one side.
The primary use for Hydro-Ultra Mat B series is for blind side waterproofing in below grade applications. Once the Hydro-Ultra Mat B series is hydrated by water it swells to form an impervious membrane.
